This is another old high school piece where I was creating a children's book. It was to be a mystery and each character an animal of the Chinese zodiac, reminiscent of the work of Graeme Base.

I was going to take half of my senior year of art class to make the whole book...and it ended up taking that much time to do this one illustration...oops. 18"x24" in watercolor pencils.
