Here is a template you can use to make your own seapony in the G4 Friendship is Magic style of Lauren FaustI've seen a few templates for regular ponies, and even baby ponies, but nothing for sea ponies.

Feel free to use/modify/whatever, but I always love to see what people come up with, so link me back here if you want.
For best results set this layer to "Multiply" in your art program, and colour on a layer underneath. I made it with vectors though, so it should be clean enough to simply select and fill.

But then again would also have to accept putting it in the game. In their words : "I am still accepting designs for manes/tails/accessories/etc if you're willing to draw what you want" But I don't know for the body parts. But anyway, even if they don't put it in the game it's still awesome. I luff it.

I wonder if Lauren herself will ever make a sea pony or even a Flutter pony. But sea ponies, I'm not sure of this one, might also be a key feature to the franchise as well.

Well, I believe the Rarity with wings episode may have been a Flutter Pony reference. Twilight mentioning the wings being fragile made me snicker, as the toys were infamous for that.

I know Rarity's wing must be a tribute to them, although I'm not sure if Lauren would want to draw them (including the sea ponies) or even have the right to draw them.

I don't know to much of pony lore and I only got into it by MLP FiM but, anyway it's very well made and it looks like this Seahorse could fit into the show but, my bet is we'll have to wait for Season 2 if it comes to see them.
