"The investigation of one of Eggman's hidden bases has uncovered a hidden town populated by people who are seem to be familiar to Team Sonic, but they can't recall from where. With Amy in danger, Sonic has to solve this riddle while thwarting the schemes of Eggman's villainous niece. X-over between the IDW and Archie comics (pre and post SGW)"

Ha! Bet you thought I was going the Archie Sonic Online route by deroboticizing Sally prematurely. Sorry, but I'll let you fret over her fate a while longer.

Hey, I know you're not allowed to deroboticize her without a plan. As of the first issue, Silver's off to fetch the magic weed and whether it can be used as a cure-all for Sally still has to be established. Without that, she's doomed to her present state.
I think Archie Sonic Online handled the situation well, but I skimmed through it quickly without stopping to analyze (had to get it done before the kids could distract me again), so I can't say anything other than the fact that I like the way they paced the action and increased the stakes for the climax. I think they made mistakes on one or two story points, but I'd have to reread it again to fully determine what they are beyond the vague feeling that "Something about that isn't quite right."
I assume that because you're boycotting them, you just read spoilers, so we can't have much of a conversation.
