Ok, so I'm a little bit late, but not as late as I feared I would be, so I guess I can be content with that

I know, I know, I'm terribly behind in everything again, please don't hold it against me Like I said in my journal, I started work on this early and I just haven't had the time to really pull it together till now.

But you don't really care about that, right? Happy belated Mardi Gras everyone! I try to rotate style year to year, so this one goes back more towards the 2006 style. With all the beads and coins, I thought a pirate theme might be right and then I got the idea for the little skull button on the hem of the puff shorts and the rest of it all pulled itself together from there.

For those looking close, in her hand there is the most (or at least one of the most) treasured of all Mardi Gras throws, the painted Zulu Krewe coconut.
