cool work! it looks very neat and so colorful ^^
you got like, that black outline around your pixels - can you give me advice; should i outline my sprite, too? I just can't imagine it'd make it look any better, or would it?

Normally, I'm a proponent of pixel outlines, but in your case (talking about your avatar) the sprite is pretty large, pixel count-wise, so I'd say it's not really necessary and would probably look pretty bad.

At most, I'd say they're roughly the same size, but will be barely animated compared to yours. Having outlines on highly animated sprites is quite ugly, which is why series like Metal Slug use extensive motion blur to avoid them.

Well, I'm far from an authority on pixel art, but as a general critique I'd just say the head is a bit off-center; try shifting it to the left a bit. Other than that all, I can comment on is the flashing spot on the front of her dress. Did you forget to erase it during animation?

Yeah, the dark spot on the apron; even if it is a shadow, there's no object moving over it that would cast one like that during the animation, considering the character barely moves at all.

Looking forward to seeing the final game. I think slit eyes might be a bit offensive. Perhaps you could say narrow eyes? It's obvious you don't mean it that way.

Given that medics are sort of an off-shoot of engineers, maybe the medic hero should be the engineer's twin.

Thanks. The Engineer, second to the Sniper, is the one I've changed the most, since the idea of an adolescent kid going into battle is both implausible and annoying. I thought about making him a midget, but that would make him harder to relate to...
