Name: Icer
Age: Mid-to-late Teens
Family: None.
Strengths: Swift and fierce in a fight. Extremely focused and unyielding.
Weaknesses: Quick to anger, especially if Frieza is involved. So focused on his own goals he does not make room for much of anything else easily.
Special Abilities:
*Death Beam: Like Frieza, Icer can fire a thin, piercing beam of Energy from the tip of his finger that moves so quickly it cannot be perceived by any but the most adept fighters.
* Death Cutter: A technique of Icer's own making, this is an Energy Wave that cuts a wide path and causes excruciating, paralyzing pain to any target it passes through; even giants like an Oozaru can be brought to their knees by it.
* Transformation: As with all members of his species, Icer can change forms as his power level grows. However, he is still struggling to achieve his first Transformation.
Relationships With Canon Characters: He bares the strongest possible grudge of sheer hatred for the infamous Frieza of the Seven Empires, and has made it his life's mission to defeat and destroy Frieza once and for all. As such, he considers himself an Enemy of any who are connected to Frieza or any of his six Warlords-Cooler, Vegeta, Lord Slug, Bojack, Majin Buu, and Dr. Myuu.

Many years ago, the Earth came under threat from the all-powerful tyrant, Frieza of the Six Empires. Only his defeat at the hands of the legendary Super Saiya-jin warrior, Son Goku, saved the planet, and drove Frieza back into the depths of space. However, the battle had left Son Goku fatally wounded; with his last remaining efforts, he used the Dragon Balls to wish that Frieza and his allies could not attack the Earth. It was a wish that the Eternal Dragon could only make last for fifteen years, however. And so Son Goku's last action was to bring two Saiya-jin infants he had rescued from Frieza's empire on Planet Vegeta into the care of the great warrior Piccolo, with these instructions to his old friend:

"Take care of them, Piccolo. From the moment they can walk, train them with all your strength. These two are the hope of the future. I know they don't look like much now, but I also know that with your help...they can become the thing Earth needs most."

It has been fifteen years since that fateful day. The wish that has kept Frieza and his forces away from Earth has expired. And now the two infants, Serui and Keiru, have grown into young warriors under Piccolo's tutelage, given by their teacher a message of great importance: they must journey into space and gather the seven Dragon Balls lost to the stars to save the Earth before Frieza realizes its vulnerability....

Biography:
Icer was always a defiant one. Even growing up as an orphan in the slums of Planet Frieza, he fought his way through every obstacle to stay alive, refusing to lay down and die for anyone or anything. This tenacity forged him into a fearsome warrior, one whose ruthless efficiency in battle eventually caught the eye of the almighty Frieza of the Seven Empires.

So it was that Icer was made part of Frieza's Elite Guard. For a time, it was a role he begrudgingly accepted; though he loathed Frieza and his followers for allowing their people to suffer, it gave him everything he had so long fought for, power and privelege and comfort. "I can't change anything," he believed, "so at least I can keep myself safe."

Yet beneath that acceptance, his defiance remained.

One day, Icer was sent with Dodoria and Zarbon to quell a small group of rebels who were attempting to destroy one of the planet's most important military headquarters. During the course of the battle, Icer encountered a rebel who was only too similar to him: an orphan who had fought for years to stay alive. "Come with me," Icer offered the rebel, "You're a strong fighter. Frieza will accept you as one of his soldiers."

The Rebel, however, refused. "I hate Frieza too," Icer attempted to explain, "but there's nothing I can do about it. He is too powerful to be defeated by anyone."

"That's not true!" the Rebel said. "Have you not heard? There IS a fighter who conquered Frieza in battle! He has tried to keep that knowledge hidden, but we know the truth. And so we know that Frieza is not invincible! Even if it takes a thousand years, our people can find a way to defeat him!"

Moved by this revelation, Icer helped the Rebels to destroy the Base and escape safely, but Dodoria and Zarbon learned of his betrayal. Icer was barely able to escape the two of them alive, and knew that from then on there would be nowhere safe for him on Planet Frieza. He thus chose to begin a quest across the galaxy to defy Frieza and those who served him, while also attempting to learn more about the Warrior who supposedly defeated Frieza.

Several years after his travels began, Icer encountered two Earth Fighters, Serui and Keiru, who claimed to be seeking the Dragon Balls in order to stop Frieza. After helping the two of them ward off the forces of Lord Slug who were attempting to invade the planet, Icer learned about the legend of Son Goku and how he defeated Frieza long ago. Icer thus agreed to join them in their journey to collect the Dragon Balls and stop Frieza.

He is often mistaken for Frieza, whose terrifying reputation has spread across most of the known universe, and is thus the subject of much scorn wherever he goes. But this only serves to fuel his rage at the brutal tyrant....
