Batman (Dick?) is telling Robin (Tim, yep, definetely Tim) to take hold of his emotions, or else he's no use out there.
I Love the idea of Dick as Batman; I've been reading the comic and I love him!
I kinda like Damian too... but Tim's suit is better!
more of my pseudo DC!fanart, it's still not perfect perfect, but I like to think I'm making progress: one day, I shall draw like Mark Bagley!!!

I would probably be like Tim cry my eyes out for the first few years ....because of some deaths or kidnapped I didn't stop ....then I would slowly go biter day by day then probably get very depressed and stressed out and my last line to dick would be " fuck this shit I'm out ~ don't mind me I'm gonna just grab my stuff and leave ~" and leave and start a new life in a small town XD :/

weeelllll.... since you haven't seen the new 52 I dunno how much I should say, but what you explained is very true for the previous 52: Tim spend a good deal of time angsting over Bruce's death and feeling discarded by dick and so he decided to figure out what happened with Bruce and eventually he discovered Bruce was not dead, but was sent to the past and was lost in time, so he abandonded Gotham to try and find Bruce.
(oh, and there was that time he tried to use a Lazarous Pit to raise Bruce back from the dead, but we dont' speak about it)
and in the new 52... Tim is more or less alone... cause his parents are not dead, but they ran away to be in witness protection and left Tim here in the care of Wayne (who I guess adopted him?) but then Bruce got amnesia and forgot the last 45+ years...
oh, and Tim eventually is transported to the future where he takes the matle of Batman Beyond cause apparently Terry Mcginniss is dead.

mmmhh. I think they begin in Batman, then you read a few from Nightwing, then Nightwing goe sin hiatus and you go to Batman again, although some comics in Robin might show a bit more of Dick Grayson. then go back to Batman, the battle fro the cowl and then Batman and Robin, then go to JLA, and Robin again, and then back to Batman...
lol! just kidding; read Batman and Robin, that would give you the main idea...

Oh okay I see there all over the place. But I also looked it up and they seem to be in the Batman and Robin comics that is all about Damian and Dick, but on the website I use to purchase and read comics online don't have them. so I don't know. But I'll try looking into the Batman comics a bit more. Thanks.

Actually it would make more sense if tim the one telling dick to hold his emotions(cmon he is the oldest robin and he still cant deal with anything...also ruined batman making the bat look weak. ^^u)

The best part is easily the frustrated anquish that Robin is exuding here. My heart goes out to him, but the emotion is just so beautifully illustrated.
I also like the play with light and dark, and the shaft of light seperating the two. Lovely work.

And you were right! Tim's red and black costume is SO much cooler! Though I have to admit I like Damian's hood. I like hoods in general, ^_^

I love hoods too!as for the comic, I suspect Bruce is coming back eventualy... after he visits as many eras and ages and theoretical scenarios as possible!
