Description
Here's a photograph of a lesser yellow-headed vulture that I took at Huxley's Bird of Prey Centre in Horsham, UK. I've already shown this bird in a previous picture of mine, but here it is more close up and in a different pose.

As I've previously mentioned in another deviation about this bird, it can be found in Central and South America. It uses sight and smell to find its carrion food. It can hunt small small aquatic animals in marshes, etc.

If you have any turkey leftovers after Xmas, then this bird might be worth inviting over to save you from the twelve days of Xmas leftovers.
