I'm sure we all had this silly beginner math exercises where we had a couple shapes and had to tell if they were different, similar, or the same.
If it isn't that hard to tell that a blue circle and a red circle are similar, not the same, it shouldn't be that hard to apply that logic to other things, too.

So next time you think someone or something is "copying" or "ripping off" something, look more closely- first impressions can be deceiving.

Speaking of which, you can copyright neither ideas nor titles- so you can write a book about a "wizarding school" or one called "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" if you so wish( just not both at the same time, as that really WOULD be copyright infringement.)
Although this is mostly an issue amongst species owners and fans, this issue is not unique to them.

So please remember to think before you act.^^
