There's many pieces (6 to be exact: the 2 big one, the 2 little yellow ones, the blue one and the orange one)... The 2main ones are almost rectangular but with little pointy part in front. Like in the drawing on the bottom of the page. The yellow parts (on the drawing, in real it's all the same white fabric) are diamond like (squares stretched by the tips). The blue part is drawn beside the main 'hood drawing' and the orange part too but in green/blue on the bottom.
I'm not sure you'll understand my explanation, my technical english is awful! Please excuse me. But feel free to ask any other question or ask for "translation" of my poor explanation...
Do you append to speak french by anyways? It would be easier for me...

I used fence wood. You know, the one we use against snow? It's a plank about 1 cm of height, 5 cm wide and about a 1m 30 long.
First of all, you draw the "sword body" on the plank with a black ink pen (it include the blade and the handle) It should take about 1m-1m10 of the wood. Remember to calculate a place to add the horizontal part of the sword (which you cut out in the remaining 30-20 cm)
With a jigsaw ([link] ) like that one, you cut all the pieces out. than with a plane or a penknife ([link] ) you sharpen your sword. You don't have to make it actually SHARP, simply enough to "give the feeling of..."
Than you glue the horizontal parts in the place you add calculated (try to keep the whole width of the plank for the sword blade. Like that, you simply begin the "sharpening" 1,5-2 cm over the handle. try to use wood glue. it works better than any others for that job. If you don't have any, use simple white liquid glue it works too...
After all that, it's the painting job. Quite simple really Simply cover all the sword with silver painting!! You can cover the handle with any material you'd like!
p.s.: If you like, or it it's necessary, you can polish the wood a little with Emery paper before applying the painting.. It gives a better finish to the sword. More metallic!
For the knives, it's quite easy. Easier than the sword! You simply draw the shape on the plank, cut it out and "sharpen". You can also polish it a little, maybe even carve the handle with fancy patterns But a good black "Sharpie" pen can also do a wonderful job is you don't have the material to carve wood or if you don't feel like it No glue needed for the knives!!!
Please, try to work safely! Especially if it's your first attempt to work with wood. Protect your fingers and eyes with gloves and googles It may seems exaggerated, but accidents happen.
Tell me if you need a drawing to understand better. My english is not perfect so sometimes it's a little hard to understand technical explanations
