It may have looked more accurate, but for it to be con-friendly, I figured plush would be easier to keep alive. If not "cured" to become like armor, craft foam is VERY easily damaged.

It's just very difficult to work with and if you make a mistake, you have to start over since your needle leaves puncture points as it sews.
