Thanks. It was a very fortunate accident.
Panning I can normally handle, but zooming out at the same time as pressing the shutter release is something I don't normally do.

I wasn't keen on the shot at first, but like Cadbury's Roses, it did grow on me.
But to be honest, I don't like the blue colour at all. I much prefer British Railways (brunswick) green, which is the colour I remember best.
The only loco that I ever saw in blue, during BR days was Sir Nigel Gresley, and even then, I wasn't keen on it way back then.
