I'm not going to outright say that deities are imaginary, but I agree completely about religion. It's really just a massive control system when utilized by organized groups.

i am a (somewhat) religious person, but i strongly agree with the second part of your statement. it is very unjust and cruel to use god as a device for spreading fear :/
