Her vitals are covered with fur, when it's dry you can't see anything, but when fur gets wet, guess it is like hair it lays flatter and stuff.. "shows". Β

Here's my biggest argument for this viewpoint: Think of the vest and boots that Sally likes to wear.Β They're baby blue.Β What made Sally choose that color?Β Why not gray, or forest green, or even camouflage to help her blend in with nature surroundings?

Well her previous design bothered a lot of parents with the naked thing,and the other charecters got there redesign so I'd imagine they'd keep it.Some people think that in the future they'll be in games,I don't think that's going to happen though.

Never seen her in a swimsuit except for Mobius 25 years later. Also, with the way the story arc is so far, I don't think this new redesign is permanent.

Well, her design for one thing is why she's in a two piece.
As for the arc, because of Eggman's interference with Sonic's Chaos control, something went wrong hence the change. When issue 252 comes out you'll see.

I know. Did you know the story is set on Westside Island (did I get that right) now? You know, the place in the games where there is Station Square, Casinopolis, etc. Ian completely changed it.
