This picture is so amazing on so many different levels! Visually I love your work with the ape's hair, and you must be a violinist to know the bow-grip so well. Symbolically, well, it speaks for itself. Bravo!

I have painted and drawn Mandrill Baboons for a while now, but never put them up. I for some reason see Mandrill Baboons in Tuxedos playing musical instruments. The instruments of choice have alwasyb been violins or cellos. I have no ides what this means, but that's what I see in my minds eye. MY dad played the violin, but I never have. I just stick to art. Thanks for your comments...Annie
