I don't really care for War Hammer or any of that gamer stuff, but I like the image. Love the look of utter wretched degeneration on the creature's face and how his disease only festers in spots, like his arms and gut.

The demon has a tiresome expression upon his face, and the way he's holding his belly reminds me of distraught moments of my life, when I thought nothing would help what I'm about to do.
