i think this is a really great start. I'm not sure if it done or resolved.
I would like more of a focal point that brings all of this together.
Look at the work of Darren Waterston. he's applied some water color, gouache, and other paints in a similar fashion but still manages to bring the drawing/painting together.

Beautiful! What I really love about art like this is that it seems to leave interpretation up to the imagination-it doesn't represent just one theme or object, you can pretty much look at it and decided what you think it is. =]

This reminds me of little red riding hood because of the colours, and I can also see a wolf like figure in the white in the center.

It could be that you can't see it because you have the original one. Originals and documentations can be quite diffrent sometimes.
I can see the contures of a wolf in the white negative in the center, face towards left, eye shut, and mouth open.
Can you see it?
