I doubt he will make another Pilot, It does get time consuming and can get expensive especially when dealing with custom bubble visors, I believe the current Pilot helmet will fit up to 24" head size, if your willing to attempt to try and build one you can learn how to build on to that size just visit the 405th they teach you how to build this stuff, its really not that hard to do just takes a little practice here is the link [link]

Its Vacuformed, a friend of mine does the visors for the particular helmet also for the ODST helmets

didn't know such clarity could be found with a vacu form mold tbh..

ignore me if its a dumb question, but know where someone seeking more info on making molds in general could start?
such as materials and methods?
