This is a really nice piece but could use some improvement.
I love the concept and your technique is super.
But, it lacks a certain needed realism. The drapery's detail should be crisper. Also avoid outlining things in dark outlines (such as the arm and folds of shirt) This creates a very undesirable effect. Instead use differences between lights and shadows to dictate your outlines. The hair for example, could use some highlights to differentiate if from the background.
The background is a bit strange... and definitely takes away from your subject. Be careful with the hands too.
