I did not draw this, I colored it.

Fayliru, ~Fayliru 's character. X3

So she faved something of mine, and I thought I'd take a look to see who the faver was. I went through her gallery and found her character rather amiable, so I thought I'd ask to see if I could color in one of her pictures using an inked lineart, and she agreed. ^^

There was a bit of experimentation in here, particularly with the lines. Since it was already inked, I thought I'd run it through inkscape and see the result, and it was good. I like how it came out. Making Inkscape do the lines helped cut the most annoying hour out of my work cycle.
So then I started coloring like normal, with a few small twists and obstacles, and in the end, I hand-textured all of the fur. It's a nice effect, if you can even notice it. X3
