Description Psi-stalkers are human mutations with psychic abilities in the Rifts role-playing game. They hunt supernatural creatures, and magic-users and feed off their psychic energies, like psychic vampires. Although most of them live in tribes in the wild, many have been "civilized" by the human supremacist Coalition States and are used as trackers and assassins. Because the Coalition fears all that is not clearly human, Coalition psi-stalkers are implanted with tracking chips and must wear armor that clearly identifies them as having psychic abilities.

I think it was actually the original intent, but KS forgot to make it clear. I'll ask him next time we talk, which will probably be this week or next.

Take a read at the old RMB though. Psi-Stalkers were more human and varied in appearance. At least that's the description in my copy, which predates my graduation from HS... I think it's more a case where flavor art became canon.

Also, good job approximating CS armor.
