Doc Wagon. I've had characters with their services but never needed it. The action either wasn't bad enough or they wouldn't have made a difference.

I had GM'd group where they laughed at one of the characters for having a Platinum Doc Wagon contract...until they got hit by a feathered serpent and a hit squad working for Aztechnology in the sprawl. Two had deadly wounds and one was suffering serious drain from chucking an urban renewal spell and manaballs. They were holed up in an abandoned building trying to call any favor they could for help when a Doc Wagon team came swooping in firing Panther assault cannons like they had bought the ammo on clearance at Wal-Mart. Not only did Doc Wagon rescue their client, but they killed the feathered serpent and the rest of the team was able to escape.
As soon as possible, everyone in the group had at LEAST a standard Doc Wagon contract.
