This took much longer than it should have... Like, two or three weeks longer.Either I'm the slowest artist ever or I spend way too much of my time loafing around online.
It's probably the second.
I really desperately needed an updated, fully colored picture of Raos. All the other ones are sketches or look like butt and his design keeps changing in subtle ways.
So anyway, here's a nice colorful drawing of the new and improved pussified Raos. OHMYGODHISPOSEISSOGAY.
Also I'm starting to notice the weather conditions in my art tend to reflect what weather I want at the moment. Here right now it's April and we've received maybe two minutes of rain all month. GIMME SOME STORMS PLZKTHNX.

I've said it already, but I knew Raos looked good with curly hair. *fistpump*
I love his outfit to bits. The pattern and the structure of his tunic, plus the fur-lined cloak are very Raos, and quite stunning!
And all the work on those clouds payed off too! I think the weeks were relatively well spent if this is the outcome.~

But it only took weeks because I decided to run off and make doll outfits and neglect the drawing for days at a time. :c

I can't decide if Raos is gay or just fashionable these days. This outfit turned out really pretty though. It'd make a fun (but somewhat difficult) cosplay~

In-canon he's actually aesexual (blame the intense social phobia and fear of being touched). But he's the frilliest asexual I've ever seen. The guy's slightly mind-boggling some days.
And at the rate he's going, Adrian's probably going to be the one taking up the Erostoana throne. Laro does treat him like the tough, manly son he never had. =w=;

Good thing Biskum Valley is such a small place! I would think in a larger city, some competing noble would have gotten the Laromess dethroned for not having a suitable heir. ><

*sigh* Whelp, there's one good thing about ruling such a small speck of land (actually it's a really big speck but most of it's goat pastures and crops).
Raos keeps getting better with time so he'd actually be able to handle things on his own when the time comes. Laromess already has him doing a lot of his paperwork so he can go camping and hunting with Adrian.
So right now he's just hung up on marriage.
But Raos trusts Adrian, and ol' uncle Lloyd is a close friend of the queen so some strings could be pulled if need be. c:

Oh yes, goat cheese everywhere. And I've learned from personal experience that it goes amazingly well with strawberries. Raos may be a stressed-out terrified wreck but at least he eats well... when he does eat.
Yeah, the court would get kinda pissed if they knew what was going on.
Then again, it's kind of hard to hide some peasant kid rising to power. THEN AGAIN, Lloyd is almost nobility so perhaps that would make it okay.
