I admitt I don't like how this turned out . It's ok, but I am not content. I don't like acrylic that much! It dries to quick and does not mix well . But it was my first time I used it on canvas or that much at all. I also do not like that I see where the hairs came off the brush and stuck to the paint .
And it was a pain in the butt to take a halfway decent picture of this! I tried the past three days in various lighting, but either the colors did not come out good or he light hit only certain sections. So today I went out in the rain and tried with some natural light, which kind of worked .

Originally I wanted to paint this to hang up in my office at work. Before I had a large photograph of the aurora that I took in Iceland, but the photo was completely bleached after a year .
Anyway, since I knew I would switch jobs I never took this with me to work. It is now hanging in our living room.

I had the idea, that this could be a part of a country in the north of my world 'Tirnaran'.
