Description Another 2 hour speed paint for the group : [link] . This study was based on a reference from Lauren-Lee : [link] . The entire rules were respected and the image was finished within the two hour time limit.

Comments :

Found the time limit difficult to respect as I could and would have rendered this one out forever !
Because there was a time limit, it was important to stay zoomed out during the process to make sure that everything respected the original
Also important to spend the required time to get the placing correct right from the start and avoid wasting time on corrections latter on....there is just no time for that.
Measurements and observing negative space was used here, no grid or perspective lines were used this time.

I like these studies because they tend to get me out of my comfort zone and into trying new things. This is the first underwater scene for me and I probably never would have tried it if it had not been suggested by the group. For that reason I spent extra time observing the scene and the pallette before diving in (so to speak).

I thought this was quite a challenge right at the start and discovered that it was not quite as bad as anticipated however, would have again appreciated more time as I am a detail freak LOL..... Nice experience all around.

Nice work, the colours and diffuse lighting really catch the underwater feeling.

Wow, great work for such little time! I like how you managed to include those small particles in the water without overdoing it, also the placement of everything appears to be really close to the original. It's great you took the time to figure that out in the beginning, it's paying off quite a bit

Nothing much to say, excepted it's a success. You've been very faithful to the reference at any level. Good job!
