Description
This is one of the larger pendants that I have ever made. I used an interestingly shaped shattuckite, the same type of stone that I used in this piece . Shattuckite is a pseudomorphic stone, meaning that it is a new (relatively) material that seeped into and replaced an older mineral, while keeping the same structure. Shattuckite replaces malachite, so the two stones have the same crystalline shape, though different colors.

I wrapped the stone in argentium silver, a tarnish-resistant version of silver. The design I put at the top looks like some sort of mystical symbol. As far as I know, though, it's just something from my imagination.
