Revisited an old idea from 2005 (I think I posted a grand total of ONE picture related to it here on DA). It never went anywhere, but it was fun at the time, and still fun 5/6 years later!
Characters representing the months of the years...and that's about all there is to it, lol. Just silly fluff. And definitely don't expect a comic about this (I do NOT have time). Just fun designs~ (and yeah, original idea included personalities and stuff, but not that important anymore)
(and remember, these are designed from the perspective of an American, who has to live with all four seasons to boot
)Oh, and stylistically speaking? I have NO idea.

This is awesome! I'm just a little sad that May (my birthday month) is wearing mostly pink and purple, and those are two of my least favorite colors. I especialy like April and November. Favorite'd!

I am uncannily cheered by the little red feather/leaf in November's hair. Remember drawing Roda? Who has changed sooooooo much it's not even funny since then. But I still love the picture. Anyway *thumbs up*

These are really cute! You were definitely able to convey the personalities you mentioned from the original idea, even without a single word or description.
I gotta say, your nice reasonable temperate seasons are tempting me to personify the months, southern California style. Our weather is irrational and bizarre. If only our June, July, August, and September were so friendly as yours...
