I hate when you take that one last item that makes you go over the limit and you dont have any more strength potions so you HAVE to drop an item if you want to go ANYWHERE...its always such torture for me to decide what to drop...ESPECIALLY if I am stuck in a middle of some dungeon...

I got sick of being encumbered since there was NO way I was gonna NOT grab EVERYTHING, so I just console coded in more carryweight... I discovered you can make lock picks out of the embalming tools though, so that's a cool use for them, actually.

Your puny collection of stuff can not compare to the amount of stuff I collect in modded Minecraft! IT CAN NOT!!!!
Seriously, I've come to realize that once I can fill up four drives worth of 64k Matter-Energy Storage Cells, I have too much stuff.

A little?! I don't horde anything I don't use or like to look at! If it just sits in a box somewhere then I get rid of it.

Hahaha, this is why I had to make a rule for myself that when raiding dungeons, I can only take things that are genuinely useful or that are worth over 200 gold.

in the third panel, its exactly the same for me, i was going to just sell a thing to Bethelor and then it said that he ran out of money and i just turned around and said "make some money, will ya?"

I am so glad that I am not the only loot whore around here. All of my homes in Skyrim look like they should be in an episode of Horders. I can't help but take or steal anything that isn't nailed down. I have one room in Proudspire Manor that is full of cabbage, sweetrolls, and cheese. It is practically a shrine to Shegorath!

It's worse when you have multiple houses and you realize you left something important somewhere and you really need it to help you in a dungeon and you spend close to an hour looking through every chest and wardrobe in every house before you remember you gave it to your follower...that left your service.

I didn't think that you could give followers items that are necessary for quests. I could have like, 20 followers because of all the stuff I do, but I hate working with other people, so yeah. I only had a follower the one time, and after I lost the important item, I basically just went lone wolf and struggled with all of the loot.Β

Darkside-Valkyrie In reply to Collettey [2015-11-07 15:51:44 +0000 UTC]
For me it was an armor piece. I had a high level shield and I didn't feel like buying the stuff to make a new one. And red eagle's sword. I finished the quest, but I guess there was a glitch because when I read the book again, it put up the quest. Again.Β So I had to hunt for the sword. In the end I don't think I even needed it but it was awhile ago so not 100% sure what happened. So much to do in Skyrim, so little time.

Collettey In reply to Darkside-Valkyrie [2015-11-15 05:01:51 +0000 UTC]
I agree with that. I remember with that sword for my second Khajit Dovakhiin, I was running all over Skyrim looking in all of my houses for it, because that was where I last remember placing it, and it turns out that that was what I gave to my follower who left my services during the Civil War.Β

Yeah, after a certain point there really is no such thing as "treasure." You carry around your most effective weapons with you and the shop keepers run out of gold way too easily. Unless you feel like fast traveling half way across the map just to sell something, you have no choice but to store it all.

I'd tell you the name of one but since i play on xbox and still genuinely enjoy vanilla Skyrim- a testament to Bethesda- but I don't. I only know of good mods because I watch MxR review them every Sunday. I wish I had a good computer because all I would do is get graphical mods and slight armor change mods like for the dark brotherhood or a weapon mod.
