there was a small picture of a dancing dark elf that i liked very much, she was naked and she danced with a bastard sword. i drew how i remember how she was and elaborated the pose and detail. i think she is the god of good drow.Related content

Eilistraee is her name...or at least i THINK that's how you spell it. she is a Chaotic Good Drow goddess of music, the moon, dancing, and beauty. she is often pictured naked with only her hair to cover her and her sword. most of her female followers will dance naked or nearly naked by the light of the moon to honor her.

Eilistraee! That's what struck me when I saw Her. The matron of all good drow who wish to go to surface and kiss duckies and make cottages and live happily ever after.

Eilistraee! I believe you saw a picture of Eilistraee. She's a good drow goddess in Forgotten Realms. Some years ago I read a lot of Forgotten Realms books, but these days they feel really icky and full of clichés, so I don't really read them anymore. But Baldur's Gate still rocks my socks.
But yeah, that's a wonderfull drawing of Eilistraee.

why thank you, yeah, i was heaps into forgotten realms~ i didnt read the cleric quintet, but i read the spell fire ones, the war of the spiderqueen ones (wich i thought wer're quite original myself, ) and all of volderdrow (the drow who must not be named) books cpet for the very last one (two swords)~ god bless forgotten realms... alas, i have moved on to eberron, the land where there are significantly less deities.. but its indieanna jonenzey, so i like it...

Goodnes. I've only read the Drizzt-series, because for a long time it was the only series which was translated into Finnish, and at that time I was, surprisingly, younger and my English wasn't so good as it is now, so I was stuck with Drizzt. Okay, I won't complain, the first two trilogies were good, but since then.. Yech. And after that I've probably grown out of cliché fantasy novels, though I still draw cliché fantasy bitches.

yeah cliches are great fun to draw, becuase you know exactly what your suposed to draw. at the moment i couldnt do Eilistraee again, iv'e sort of ,not drawn like that for.. well more than a year~
people actually came to my dev art page back then., XP rather than now when i have a 2 or three kids who look at my stuff, and the rest come for the cook-ee journol entries heh.
i need to plug in my scanner and get back to work...
