Well, I guess I'm getting a whole season's worth of fanservice out of the way in the first strip.

Honestly, even up to writing this, I went back and forth on if I should run this strip, because it's pretty gratuitous, and it is for a reason, but I certainly don't want to alienate any readers. I think it's really good, though, I like the joke and the art turned out great, and I think the gratuity lends itself to the punchline.

I hate doing backgrounds. Not because it's hard or I don't enjoy drawing different things, but because it's time consuming and I just have too little time to indulge in drawing anyway. So my backgrounds tend to be pretty minimal. Hopefully it's recognizable a door opening to a bathroom. The tile in the bathroom is a pattern from here [link] and I did not create it. I wish I could remember where I got the lace pattern for the bra to credit it, but it's been sitting in a folder on my computer for years, and sadly I can't recall. In tiny chance the creator finds this, contact me and of course proper credit will be given. But let's face it...I don't have a huge web presence.

The idea of Curt getting in better shape was originally a joke drawing I did, but then I ended up liking it and the idea, and I figured they'd need better jobs to afford their rent, so I ran with it.
