This is my first harpie in a billion years. So yeah

The Arkii are a north Middenian species known for being notoriously aloof, intelligent, and excellent singers. Siding with the Venrock nations during the Great War, they aided in the design of a vast number of airships, and even engaged in spy and espionage missions deep into Vulpesant territory. Following the war, they continued to sell technology to the Venrocks, and it was only until several years had passed that they decided to rekindle their friendship with the Vulpesant people.

Pictured here is a young Arkii by the name of Chael, off to eat some fruit or kick someone. She is rather small, standing at only four feet tall with an eight foot wingspan when stretching in the morning. Due to her hollow bones and unique muscles, she also weighs just under eighty pounds, allowing her to climb quickly and ride thermal currents literally all day.

This drawing was inspired by a recently aired episode of Life on the animal planet channel. Also, this- [link] was the original shading job, but the current one made more sense to me. Enjoy!
