Description

Even though Chaplin knew that Stockman was evil, he was still a big fan of him, which he confessed that he couldn't help but admire his genius. And Stockman every bit dispised him. He was also in love with Karai, though she didn't feel the same, she cared about him and eventually returned his feelings.

Personality: Chaplin is a self-proclaimed cool guy who is a little arrogant, cocky, and bit full of himself. This sometimes get's him into trouble. He's also witty. But behind all that he cares a grate deal for Karai, when she was almost killed by Khan, he overreacted, much to her annoyance.
