Here is another drawing of Zooey I just did, I really like this picture but wish I have done a better job with the outline cause things looks a bit off.This is the first time I'm using carbon pencils, and I am trying to learn how to do it better. Because I can't sharpen them to a point like other pencils, there isn't the option to be too detailed with lines, which saved me some time and made this a quick drawing. The material also smears like crazy and gets really hard to erase once put on paper, but I like the super dark look, so I need to be much more precise with my outlines to make the future drawings better.

I really like all the values, the shading is well done, well done.
However for me personally her essence isn't there [big fan!], of course I'm terribad at likenesses so great job lol

Yeah, I don't think this drawing looked enough like Zooey, I think since then I've been "double checking" my outlines more, but its still never as good as I would like... just got to keep working and try to get better.
