as the previous years, i post a chinese style drawing for the new year.
i don't really know what category to put these drawings in. they are "traditional art" because it's chinese style painting. it's digital, because i used my tablet to draw it... well, i guess nobody has replicated oil painting style on their computer.... :/

oh, yah. the chinese characters on the left hand side is "tu qi yang mei" which means "in a joyous mood". in chinese, rabbit is also called "tu" (read as "too"). and cherry blossom is also called "mei" (read almost as "may") so i used cherry blossom as the flower to accompany the rabbits. i didn't change the characters like i did for the ox drawing because if i did, i would have to change both words, which will make it harder to understand.
the small red mark on the right hand side writes jin-gong/a-dee jin-gong is the company that i'm working in, and a-dee (little brother) is how everyone in the industry calls me.
if anyone is interested, i work for a hardware store.
