This is absolutely amazing. I have no words! Though this is a little detail compared to the tree creature itself, the frame/border is a very nice touch (:

This is really pretty, I have no idea how you have the patience to do this!

I just count on it taking me weeks if not months to finish this sort of drawing. I plan it out ahead of time and then work on it when I have artist's block, or when my sketches are all coming out ooogly. But yeah. In general I do not think I have the patience to finish these. I have multiple pictures of this nature in progress and some of them have gone unfinished for more than six months! O_o It's a fluke when one gets completed!

The detail here is incredible, but not overwhelming. Beautiful!

This is glorious; I love the contrast between the intricate branches and the simple figure, as well as the serene feel of it all!

This is sooo cool! It seems as if the left side of its brain has more connections between neurons (if it's interpreted that way)... wonder what life experiences have made it that way!
In a less brain-y view, it is a wonderful and mysterious creature design. Its face looks s serene. With the round border and black-and-white design, it seems it could work well as a cameo necklace.

Hehe, I dunno. Right-handedness? A keen interest in mathematics? Actually, based on what I've read, the idea of brain-side dominance is flawed in various ways, so I really have no explanation.
I like the necklace idea. If only I could work that small...

Thank you. I think I nearly went crazy doing this. And if I ever decide to tackle this sort of thing again I'll probably do it in a different medium so I don't need to draw it in black. But it was pretty spiffy to try. Glad you think the transition from tree to tree-person worked. ^_^
