I love eagles. I have an eagle in a story I am writing titled X: Revolution or Extinction. The eagle's name is Tor!

Gah, that bald eagle... This scene is actually pretty inspiring, Kalico...
---
I looked around. Curiously and carefully, clenching the hard perch firmly in my talons. This was not home. This was not my territory, it was neither where I belonged. But I had nowhere else to go.
For one, the sky was vast and steadily getting emptier. Secondly, my old territory was no more.
It was covered in the same stuff that I was sitting on at this very moment.
Concrete. Yes, you heard me right. Concrete. It had been recklessly torn apart and turned into a parking lot. And boy, was I unhappy. But I had to accept it, had to face the truth. I had to adapt.
I raised my head, gazing at the sky. Looked at it. Stared for what seemed like an eternity, before screeching. Once. Saying, "here I am to stay."
Determination sparkled in my eyes. My fierce, all-seeing eyes. Did I like it here? No. But I had no choice but to stay.

...oh my gosh! owo;; The realisim and detail in this picture is Beautiful! From the windows, to the angle, to the feathers, to the outstanding eye of the eagle, everything about this peice is gorgeous...I adore the perspective, and, as you stated, it certainly can symbolize a lot of things...The ironic instance that the eagle stands for freedom and, yet, he/she is confined to dwell in a city constructed by the humans he "supposedly" inspires; that the urbanization of our world is leading the way for Americans, or many other interpretations. A very wonderful peice...And hopefully an inspirational one as well.
I'd have to say my favorite part is the eagle, but I always look for the animals in pictures XD
