Why do most of them have feathers on the tip of their tails?

If they can have feathers on their heads, they could theoretically have feathers everywhere else, and I like that idea!
As you can see, the Argonians I draw are also digitigrade, even though they were plantigrade in all games but Morrowind.
I'm just playing with my imagination a bit ^^

Depends on which game you look at. If you take Oblivion into account, where most dresses looked 15th century-ish, dresses like the one Moss and Shells are wearing could even be possible.
Skyrim dresses on the other hand look VERY medieval, despite the fact that Skyrim plays AFTER Oblivion.
Then again, the clothing style has always been widely inconsistent throughout the TES games 8D

Have yet to see the Oblivion fashion scene, only just started playing it xD but hey anything seems possible within the elder scrolls.Β
And if fashion is anything to go by I would say all four could be possible, the bottom two would fit highly with nobles or be good as Fine clothes. The one thats white ( love his colour pallete by the way, blends nicely together) one could very much be a night gown or under coat. While the dress on the top left could be traditional wear for any race, it being short could fit well with the argonians and the fact they live around swamps it wouldn't get in the way.
but either way all four look very fashionable xD

:3 Glad you like them! Pity the style of the dresses isn't really Skyrim-appropriate or I could actually make this canon XD
