Description You guessed it...another in the War Toys series. Number 17 of the 25 finished. Maybe I'm gonna get there!

This particular piece is my attempt to make a vessel and lighthouse in one. Again, pushing conceptually for the War Toys to be absurd, and almost laughably useless for their designed function.

Wood, Glass Petri Dishes, Broom Bristles.

Very beautiful and It's that very uselessness you mention that makes this series so special.

Very well-constructed. The tacks/bolts/screws for the paneling along the lighthouse in particular impress me. Nice job!

Thanks mate! All of the nail heads on the curved section of the lighthouse had to be cut down to stubs so that when I fitted them, they wouldn't show through the glass. Painful, painful, painful, but worth the effort in the end.

Cheers,
K.
