So, what is perspective even ? MAN this took forever..But it was very calming too for some reason :'D Just wanted to draw everything by hand again for once.

We are not so different, you and I. Wild at heart, no respect for personal space. Acting tough to scare the others away. But sometimes you have to let people in; people who want to help you, change you for the better. It's hard, I know. But it will help you.

I watched the stallion approach me after about 40 minutes of battling it out with the big guy. He is big, impressive and he knows it damn well. Using it to try and make me move, his front legs whiping out infront of him every time he gets close. I recognized this behavior well from Ghost. But I knew whatever I did and whatever he did. I shouldn't move. Don't give him space. This was my space and he should move for me since this simple fact already ruled out who was in charge of the other. So whenever the legs were on the ground I made my move towards him, standing tall and demanding him to move out of my way. Like most the stallion did not expect that and obeyed whenever I made the move.

This game continued for about an hour or two, until he approached me calmly and stopped at the right distance. I noticed him chewing and licking and he was progressing it all well now. There I decided to make my first move towards him, letting him smell my hand before finally I was able to place my hand on his neck. He felt hot, sweaty. Clearly he was not used to the warm weather yet either, his wintercoat still present. She might be able to brush it off in a little while, but for now. The first touch was already a nice bit of improvement. And only then I rewarded him with my voice as well.
