Childhood
What happens when two bats get married and have far too much time on their hands? Way too many children over the years. All of them female except for their new child and I think you can guess who that is.
Six was born into a very large family living in a mining town, located up in the diamond mountains. His first few months of life were pretty hectic, because of the family's size, His parents couldn't fully take care of him on their own when they had a lot more mouths to feed. That's where the older siblings came in however, their parents had tasked them to watch over Six while they took care of the other young ones. As he grew up he ended up being more attached to his siblings rather than his parents because of this and took after them more.
Toddler years were pretty fun for the Datura family. Six had started school, homeschooling by his siblings that was. He was taught more "housewife" lessons as they put it alongside the normal stuff he would have learned in school. He never really got to interact with the other children in town during schooling hours but that didn't really bother him, he had his siblings to go to when he was bored. He was never alone during these years, the slightest cry and one of them would come running to him asking him what was wrong or what happened. Surprisingly he wasn't the cute kid we know today, he was a little spoiled.
Finally, he grew up... He was a man now... He was... 10 years old, well... maybe not quite a man just yet. He did however finally get into a regular school, much to his sibling's protests. It wasn't too eventful aside from him becoming friends with a sweet Eevee named Pyralis and became inseparable. Six would often take them to his house to meet his family, joke around, make some stuff, and just goofs together in general.
Disaster
His life was good after that, he had a fun time in school, friends, and the love of his family. He even gave Pyralis their own firestone. That is until everything seemed to spiral downward. He and Pyralis were having their usual day in class. The thing that broke their normal schedule, however, was that today was September 12th. They hadn't received word on anything about what was happening just outside their beloved town. The town wouldn't have known what was about to happen, no one it seemed to have. It was almost time to leave class when the gods had arrived. Pyralis was the first to see in the classroom.
Not even minutes later after their discovery, the school began to evacuate. As the class of panicked kids shoved their way out, Six was pushed back. At that moment he felt like he was going to be left behind. He thought he that this was pretty much it for him and with the gods closing in, he felt like he had no time to escape with the others. The thought was broken however when he was pulled back, being pretty much thrown under a desk. After Pyralis realized Six wasn't with them, they had come back to get him and they. They almost managed to do it but, the two gods had been one step ahead of them. In what felt like a second, a loud crash, the air felt hot around him.
Soon the fighting from the gods and the panic of the townsfolk had died down. The heat died not too long after that, leaving him in the cold and silent. It felt like hours that he was buried in the snow and the rubble of his collapsed school. Although he was far from being ok in the snow, he was too afraid to dig himself out, fearing whatever that caused the mess would come back. He heard faint crunching above and soon a loud clunk as a foot fell on top of his desk making him yelp. There was a pause and soon someone started digging around the desk to see the source of the yelp. A crobat had found him, pulling the shivering zubat out of the hole and without hesitation she started dragging him along with her, calling out for anyone. Eventually, the pair had ended up bumping into another group that came out from the mines, A pumpkaboo named Vexa and Irene, a cutiefly. The bats joined them, Traveling to look for anyone else who survived the disaster. As things seemed to calm down, They took a moments to break to listen to Irene's radio. They learned that after the disaster the guilds, as well as dungeons, were starting to come back and with Vexa's knowledge on the past guilds, they learned about the one in Everstone. Both of the girls and the crobat agreed to go, to bring some order and peace back into the world. Six, on the other hand, agreed to go because he didn't want to be alone and he wanted some kind of comfort. And so, when the party was ready, they left for their long journey to Everstone.
On the way there They grew close, Learned about each other and Six formed a new reason on why he wanted to go. He wanted to bring protection and safety to others.
