So I'm working on my Abel cosplay here, figured I'd post some pics of it in progress. Of course, by 'pics' I mean 'a picture' cuz I'm lazy.Anywho, what you can see:
-Robes
-Incomplete capalette
-Belts and assorted rosaries
Can't see:
-Boots
Things in the works right now:
-Trimming and touching-up what I already have
-First round of armor (I had it all finished when this pic was taken but I didn't have the glue to attach the snaps I was gonna use to hold the armor on)
-Resin casting the numerous clasps and decorative snaps that go down the front of the capalette
Planning on showing this one off for Ikkicon in Feburary, and then the Kresnik 80% one at Akon in June after that.

My references were actually sent to me, or were found and then saved to my computer outright. If you give me an email addy, I can put the best ones into a folder and send it your way. Of course, I wouldn't exactly recommend a novel TB outfit for a Halloween deal

I saw you at Ikkicon! In the Voice Acting Panel, someone asked what the favorite costume the VAs had seen was Wendy said you were the best costume. Someone else did too...I forgot who though

Yes, Wendy is envy. I was one of the few Envy cosplayers. I think I hugged you ^.^ Wendy said I was the first Envy cosplayer she'd seen

It's mostly done, just need to make the gun holster and put the belts on the capalette. However, I'll have pics posted soon from Ikkicon this past weekend ^_^ I won the cosplay contest with it~ *SOOOOO HAPPY!*

For the most part it was just sitting around Hobby Lobby finding brass-looking beads and then beading it all on thin fishing line so it wouldn't break. Took a long time but that's part of the fun when working with such tiny stuff.
