Combo attacks? Did you also make sure that the other character also have to have at least one of the skill requirements? Or is it just marks of the skill that other characters have learned? And can I ask what's that SP Bar doing there?

You can remove the skill from the character and give it to someone else who can learn it., basically.

This is very, very nice. But how "forget skill" works? Can we assign it anew or make "quest to acquire it" again? Can skills be shared?

Well, I can understand that. It happens to me when I need some good sentence structure... like at an exam on college

There are some special skills that can only be learned once. For example, say Matt and Natalie share a special skill; if Matt learns it, Natalie can't. However, you later decide that the skill works better on Natalie, so you have Matt forget it so that Natalie can learn it.
