Description This is a completely different style for me - somehow.
Some of you know me..I don't like stagnation and I am trying to develope as many different techniques as possible..so don't be disappointed
Also since it will get sized down drastically there is not as much detail as I normally add to my pieces.

Anyway, this is for LRP and their new expansion of Allegiance - War of factions ([link] ) and fully copyrighted. If I see someone use this I am going to send my killer cats your way!

This card grants a character heroic power that is the reason she doesn't look frightened or stressed at all..but rather chanting or praying.

This had a more heavy line drawing as base (since I had to send the sketch to the publisher).
Since it was used for a trading card I tried a different approach too.

Thanks - makes me really happy to get some positive feedback on this - I was and still am extremely unsure about that style.

Nice, though got some thought I would I like to share.


1. She look very relaxed - maybe a bit too relaxed? Or she is a warrior in both spirit and body.

2. Woa! Where did your usual style go? Well, Like this piece! Though I like the other style more.

3. Maybe is her right arm a bit short or is it just my tireness that dull my mind?

Anyway great piece - even if this piece is made for exprementing with your techniques you should post it as a devotion, not a scrap.. Keep up

I've rarely seen such good artwork on cards-- I may have to check the game out
I admire your ability to switch between different styles... however it still has the same grace and attention to detail as some of your other work.

The card game sounds indeed very interesting. MtG gets a bit old within time to be honest and my friends and myself ordered Allegiance to check it out. The concept sounds very interesting.

Style experimentation is good - I think it helps an artist grow, though I'm already in awe of your skills, that I can't imagine what else you could grow into! lol. I love this piece - what a story pops into my head! It's stunning!

Where the hand vanishes into the fog it looks a bit flat though.

that's right - about the flatness..I was going for that asian type of look - but I probably overused it a bit
