Description
Been doing lots of landscape studies lately. Gets boring though, so... did a quick study of an Andalite setting because I am a huge dork.The impression I got was that the planet is mostly populated by plains, but I wanted to draw me some asparagus trees, so whatever. Supposed to be kinda... night... ish, and slightly foggy, except I'm not sure how successful that look was. Just a miscellaneous family. Eldest son up front, father and mother behind with another son.

It is sincerely... fucking awesome to see that some people remember Animorphs. I don't know why I'm getting all emotionnal... These books followed me all the time when I was a teen. You even made me draw Andalites most of the last evening !

When I first saw this, I thought that this was Aldrea's family from the Hork-Bajir Chronicles, but I read the description and it's even more awesome because you made up the scene

Yay asparagus trees! It fits so well with their tails, I like it. Great palette too, very similar to how I figured their homeworld to be like. Makes me want to go back and do some Applegate fanart again. ^.^ Keep it up!

Oh man, that is so gorgeous. You captured the atmosphere perfectly, with the mist and the trees. The Andalites look amazing too. Wow, just wow all around. This is print worthy. I cannot tell you home much I would love to have a print of this in my home. Beautiful!
