How does one blend these styles together?

Easily. Take Thomas's ideas which would be like these gowns, with a flattering but simple bodice and a nice layered/floofy skirt:

And Rebecca's designs, which have more of a fun, feminine, almost lingerie-esque quality, with some lovely decor like embroidery or beadwork, like these:

Along with mixing in my style, of course :3 Oh, and let's top it all off with making this gown fit a movie star from the year 3020 (yes, a thou and some years in the future). And tada! This is the result!

The body of the gown with the traditional princess seams and a neckline that is slightly remiscent of an off-shoulder collar style were inspired by Tom's ideas, but Rebecca's more sexy style came in at the center of the neckline. The bodice extends downward at the front and back and has more "petals" sewn to the side-fronts and back, but instead of using a cabbage-like edging as more commonly seen, why not a more unique style instead? The idea for the petals is a collaboration between Rebecca's style and mine. The lovely underskirt features 4 godets, one in the center-back like a train, which is not visible, borrows more of Rebecca's design, while the overskirting (which contains one curved hoop-like piece to flare it out better on the two side panels only), is clearly my influence. The wrist gloves are almost classical in design, again coming from Thomas, with a lovely silk floral corsage to top it off. Who knows if flowers would really exist a thousand years in the future, so why not silk?

Now for the fun part. You see the glowing tubes and the long (and a few rounded) glowing beads? Ever had those glow tubes you could wear as necklaces for fun? Well, who says we can't use something similar, but in the future, mayhaps tubes of electro-phosphorescent liquid (it glows when you add a current, which comes from cold fusion)? Hey, it's the future! Mwahaha! And, no futuristic wedding gown would be complete without the beadwork being replaced with...fiber optics in the decor! A touch of glow here and there, mixed with the lovely pearl and liquid silver satins, white organza, white embroidered brocade, and some silks, blended with a sleek, slimming, eye-catching design, and you have the perfect gown for any movie star, or any future bride (I'd wear it!)

Ah yes, and who could forget, the makeup (which can be seen in the preview image)! Some decor airbrushing on the upper arm, shoulders, and just below the eyes, mixed with glitter and a few gems around the eyes for more glamour without going over the top. And check out her hairstyle :3 I wish I could do that with my hair!

And so this be my 11th entry for Project Designer. Best of luck to all the remaining PD competitors, and I hope to make it to the final round Wish me luck!!
