guess what’s back? Northy’s Mythverse!from left to right: Sleipnir, Jormungand, Farbauti, Laufey, Loki, Nari, Vali, Sigyn, Hela and Fenrir
why is not Angrboda there? because I mixed various theories and parts of the legends to make my version of the mythverse: Loki gave birth to Hela, Fenrir and Jormu himself after eating the heart of Gulveig (instead of giving birth to all the troll like the Edda sais); he invented then the existence of Angrboda hoping to protect them, but in the end the thing was found out and they were cast into exile.
I don’t think I’ll ever color this, so if you’d like to fell free to use this color palette and do it! just link me your work when you are done, so that I can link it here~

I tend not to pay too much attention to the Snorri Eddas. 13th century mistranslations and romanticized inventions that turned a really cool Deity into a villain. I really like this myth you have. He gave birth to Sleipnir, so why not have Angrboda as a persona to give birth to the rest?

in my personal headcanon she doesn't really exist, she was invented by loki to justify how Fenrir and the others were born, as he is their mother, and they were born because of the wiched heart he ate... lol stupid headcanons xD
