niice work. It is a good way to show of him "thinking".
But I miss the epaulettes, without them, this is an intelligence officer uniform (and the gloves should be white too!).

As for the uniform, I went with personal preference/artistic license, also book accuracy.Β
I realize a lot of the old Legends official artwork has Thrawn with epaulets, and sometimes with gloves and sometimes not, but the books literally don't describe his uniform at all beyond it being white.Β Personally I've always felt the epaulets are a little too ostentatious for Thrawn, and not very Star Warsy (literally nobody else in the Imperial navy has anything remotely so fancy in the OT).Β The Rebels version is better, but *shrug* I just opted to go without in this one.Β And white gloves are just... too much white, for me.Β I feel like black just looks better, adds a better contrast, and balances out with his black boots and belt.Β 
That's all just me, though!Β If you like the epaulets and white gloves version, more power to you.Β
