Description
Drawing for a friend. Out of practice, and i ended up having to rush it at the end.
Sill ok though, need to switch paper as im not liking the tooth on this one much. Might redo this on some Bristol Board.
Sorry for the strong contrast, scanner is rubbish. A more natural light version can be seen in the scraps link below

Time: 10hrs (maybe less, maybe more cant remember Might vary wildly)
Paper: 250-300gsm Watercolour paper
Equipment: Pencils HB & B, HB Mech, Paper stump, Kneadable & pencil eraser

it's a great portrait! the hijab frames her face nicely and all those folds in the fabric make the focus stand out more, or keep your eye moving and interested in the image. well done :>

many thanks, they were a nightmare in the end. couldnt see where the folds were going in the ref so i ended up making some of it up!
