Description Lola, registered as "Pretty Little Missile" appeared to be the answer to Blue Moon Acres' search for a Haflinger mare to keep Alden company. There had been intent for quite some time to import a mare, but since there had been some increase and improvement of local stock it was decided to forgo the expense and hassle of importing and find a nice little mare in country.

Lola was young, a good thing, but also needed some training, particularly when it came to leading. Your typical pony horse, while taller than the stout little mare, would not have done well against the low-center of gravity and the fact that she weighs just as much as many normal horses several hands taller. Fortunately BMa is also home to some rather hefty drafts, in particular the Jutland, which has something of the appearance of a rather large, exceptionally stout Haflinger. Lola didn't quite know what she had gotten herself into when the big red mare showed up. With the lead dallied off on the horn Fuchs started her steady, reliable plot forward and there was nothing Lola could do to stop it. It took a few yards of dragging before the stubborn little mare even thought about taking a step. Fuchs appeared unhindered, as if 1,200lbs or so of horseflesh was nothing.

I'm glad you like it! I wanted to tie in with your little story for her. It appeared to be a good marker of her personality and I hope I pulled it off!
