Not much more to say.

*sighs* really makes me miss being in such places as this. This is really beautiful. I love the shadows and highlights and of course...the snow and Lights. ^^ This has a nice feleing of simplicity but not less beauty or wonder which to me is very good. Love it.

Wow, thank you so much! This piece got way better response than I thought it could, since it was so quick and even a bit untidy. Makes me happy of course.

Haha no problem! And it happens that way sometimes. but even if it is a rather simple speedpaint, it still captures the beauty and the feeling and as I said before...I have a thing for 'simple beauty.' So I quite like it a lot.

Wow you really captured the spirit of the North! My home... The style looks very efficient and painting like, but especially when you see it from a little distance, it's very realistic. I just love it... - I think I have just one thing I like to say in general (not much related to your drawing), that I see a lot in drawings of the Northern Lights - the stripes are never horizontal, are always vertical or slightly tilted depending on the angle. But on the other hand it looks a bit more faint here, and when the Northern Lights are like that, they just look like green clouds - and then you don't see the stripes and it can look more like on your painting. That's what Sibera noticed as well btw...she thought...wtf...the Northern Lights can be very blurry, faint and nearly like smoke Oo...something you usually don't see on pictures...oh hell I start blabbering about Northern Lights...maybe I'm a Northern Lights fanatic hahaa...so it made me very happy when i saw them drawn by you

Aww, thank you so much! This means a lot, especially since I try to improve how I draw mountains. It's a speedpaint so no details by design, hehe. As for the Northern Lights, those weren't meant as horizontal lines, it's just a very quick kind of drawing them. But I'll keep that in mind for more detailed works. I never gave it much thought, but I'll certainly remember they are never horizontal :3 But yeah, I know they can be blurry.
Don't worry, seems like I have to draw them every now and then X3 Thank you once more

Ha yeah I see- and I really love to see you painting this kinda scenery that I consider as my true home...Maybe the Northern Lights will inspire you even more after you have seen them...I see them appear more and more often in my own art...as for Ice. I'm desperately waiting for the Ice to return. I need to be surrounded by it for quite a large time of the year...without it, I feel that I get dull...sort of.

I definitely wouldn't be surprised. Besides, the Northern Lights are easy and very pleasant to draw so it's even harder to resist the temptation XD
Soon it will be back.... not here anyway, if there's any snow and ice this year at all as every next year I see the chances getting slimmer.
